Regret to say that no one came from HP for installation. I had to self install the printer and everything is working smoothly including wireless printing, Bluetooth connectivity, laptop and mobile connectivity with printer along with Alexa integration. Printing and scanning quality/speed is good but utterly disappointed with HP service

Rated 3 out of 5 by Anonymous from good but difficult to use i brought the printer mainly for my children, printing quality is good but it is very difficult to use it with auus laptop, mac and iphone. we have to update , reupdate , install and reinstall the soft ware . quite frustating. it will really help if u guys can make the connections simple !

What does Manual Duplex Printing (driver support is provided) mean?

Hello Aneel, Thank You for showing interest in HP! HP Smart Tank 516 Wireless All-in-One printer comes with Duplex Printing Manual (driver support provided). It means that you need to change the paper manually to print on other side of the paper. You can go for HP Smart Tank 675 Wi Fi Duplexer All-in-One Printer as its a duplex printer (it can print both side at same time).
