I have lost a stamp paper because of this . 2) it takes lot of time to initialize the printer . Hope i have got good quality and un used printer only . Initially i have given good rating in your TCE survey . but i feel let down now

But some features which are not included are(and which is a must in any modern printers and which reduces the pain of printing) 1. It does not have 2 sided printing - It does have but, you will have to first print the odd numbered pages first , them feed the same paper again and then print the even numbers, which is a pain if you have more than 20 to 30 pages at time to print. It does not have the feature to print 2 sided directly when you give a print of the document. Believe me its PAIN.... 2. Scan to Laptop(Mac) from the printer - Well, it does have scan feature from the Hp App, from mobiles, laptops etc, but the feature to scan from the printer to the Mac laptop is not available. If you want a document to be scanned by placing it on the glass feeder to you laptop(Mac). The printer does not even recognize the laptop. Sometimes it is difficult to live with not having this feature. 3. 2 sided copy - Again, it automatically does not copy 2 sided, there is no option for it. You will have to copy the 1st page then again insert the same page to the feeder in an upside manner to print the 2nd page. its a pain making a copy of more than 20 pages. It defeats the purpose of a modern printer with the above features not included. Now that I have bought the printer, need to live with not having these features. Hope the above feedback helps while you make a decision. I had a old Hp Deskjet printer, which had all these features and worked seamlessly but the cartridge for this printer was on the expensive side and was Rs1 per print, hence i had decided to go with a new printer. As the saying goes Old is Gold.....

Regret that I bought this thorugh HP directly.Had it been purchased from Amazon, I would have returned it as they have this provision to return the product if not satisfied.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Nipun from Great Prints. Easy to setup. I am very happy with my purchase. Very impressed with the first step itself of purchase from HP website. The order was delivered within 5 hours of order placement !! Next step of printer setup was also very easy. Just unpacked, followed the instructions to fill the ink, downloaded app on my laptop and it did the rest. Connected and configured the wifi on its own and I was ready to take my first printout within 10 minutes of unpacking. I have tried both color and black prints including photo paper and the results are excellent. Very economical compared to my previous deskjet printer. It would have been great if HP had any exchange scheme as I have upgraded from HP deskjet to this printer and dont know what to do with my old one.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Anonymous from Low quality product This is a low quality product. This is a noise product made out of low quality material. Most fittings in the printer are lose. There is also no option to return the product so customer gets stuck with this product once paid money for it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Bijal Patel from It's good! initial usage seems easy and it strangely installed easily enough on my Linux machine but on the Macbook it was a nightmare and took a lot of tweaking here and there to get it set up. This definitely needs to be worked on. also the installation of the 2 print head cartridges inside wasnt as easy as I though it would... not hard just a little fiddly. all in all so far its looking good, prints well and is quite and fairly quick for home use... I guess we'll see how its still working a year down the line.

Couldn't find option to start print from first page. Noise before printing start is irritating.. BTW, if printer is suppose to print then it prints good.

I brought the printer a month ago and after a week it started shoring cartridge missing error. Service center guys came and replaced several parts . Each visit they will try some prats change and if that does not work they have to order the next part and try again, this process takes days. After several attempt still my printer is not working. HP Support guys have ordered again for a part that was already replaced but was but didn't work. this sounds like pure trial and error and I am just stuck with a faulty printer for 3 weeks. Not sure what to do next. Dis use the printer only for 1 Week!!!!!!!!!

The screen display is not user friendly and also the buttons are not clearly indicative on what they do. There is no duplex printing which is a big drawback of this printer. At this cost, I was expecting duplex printing. Print quality is okay.

But the main disadvantage i noticed is the printer is very slow. The print speed is even slower than other ink jet printers. However, quality of photo print is good.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Srijit from Good printer i brought this on 3rd jan 20 and found that it was not printing anything in black, if you take a document print, it will be a blank paper and if going for a color then it will give a hazy look without the black mix up in the color. But the next day i reported it and got the full unit changed. Now its working perfect and i love it.
