I contacted the hp service and even after their trying they were not able to solve the problem. Next day they again called and started asking for fees to solve the problem Online saying its an software issue.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A good purchase! I have a different model but its almost the same i believe. [ the model is HP Pavilion x360 14 Convertible PC 14-dy0000] I also have the hp pen along with it. The reason i gave a star less is the battery life could be better at least around 6 hours would be useful and also the pen and touchscreen is useful only for general purposes. When I use it for writing notes the experience isn't that smooth as much as i hoped, the pen tip feels a bit rough against the screen. also i would have really appreciated a good notes app along with the laptop. Onenote does come along but i don't really prefer it. one of the main concerns i have is whenever i use the laptop in tablet mode i cannot get the screen to work again after it goes blank [after a few mins of inactivity] so now i need to completely filp it again which is kind of annoying. i dont use the laptop for gaming since it overheats with any heavy intensity games but that is kind of expected it guess.

The Pavillion x360 ticked all the right boxes when it came to features, accessibility, and most important of all, it came with Win 11 out of the box. I have been using this laptop for the past 2 months extensively and I am very impressed with its battery life and the quietness of the operation and also the slick keyboard. Will definitely recommend the laptop to my friends and family. Good Job HP

I have been using it for a year and have no complaints. The touchscreen works just as fine as a mobile phone. It doesn't lag even if I run 10 apps together or open 20 Chrome tabs. It doesn't lag at all. I have done a lot of video editing in it. It doesn't lag at all. It can handle light gaming as well. This is the best laptop you can buy for 1 Lakh rupees.
