Rated 4 out of 5 by from A good on the go laptop Brilliant display Amazing performance Good webcam Lightweight and sturdy body Doesn't heat up that much. Battery life is quite less. Getting around only 4 hours on moderate to low usage. If you want a 12th gen laptop with good battery life and performance, then go for i5 1240p or i7 1260p.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bang for buck device! Great for music production! Great laptop for music production. SSD is Gen 4 and the performance of the CPU is very similar/sometimes better to the M1 Macbook Pro, but only if the charger is plugged in with the performance mode turned on in the HP Command Center. So it's a great windows alternative for people who doesn't need to take their laptop for live performance and work with a studio setup. The laptop also performs surprisingly well on battery as compared to other windows laptops. The performance to price ratio is amazing. This is a bang for buck device. Build quality is great but hinges for the screen could have been much better, and they could have given one thunderbolt if not two. The i5 12500H won't really perform like it will on a gaming laptop but the benchmarks and performance is quite satisfactory for the price. Battery is okay, not great, gives about 4 hours on the best performance mode. The IPS display is amazing and this is overall a great laptop for creative professionals and music producers.

I like the compact design and the performance is really good with the config which I purchased. Boot up in 15 sec. Am using for coding and photo editing purpose and its really superb... Battery life is really good and its stans for minimum 5 hours.

I heard battery backup is bad. Some are saying it lasts only for 2 hours. Is it true? I am also considering the OLED version of this laptop. Is there any difference in battery backup between these two variants?
