The battery is the problem, not only does it run out of power in four to five hours rather than eight, but it also experiences some heat problems. Its lightweight makes it simple for me to carry everywhere, which is one of its key benefits. The remaining features are all satisfactory.

This laptop supports fast battery charging: around 50% in 30 minutes, the battery lasts up to 8 hours with normal use and up to 9 hours with video playback. Thanks HP Support Team

On Amazon page it's mentioned by your social media team you can upgrade the graphics card to Nvidia mx350 or 2050. Please confirm if I can upgrade this at HP service center
