Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great product, packed with features I bought this around 3 weeks back and I am extremely happy and satisfied with this feature-packed product. The only drawback that I see in this product (and especially as compared to my other printers from HP, prior to this) is that the print quality in "General Office" mode and "Professional" Mode is extremely light/not suitable for office/client use. Only if you print in the higher modes available with this printer i.e. the "Presentation" mode and "Maximum dpi" mode. it does the job well. So this may have an implication on the operating ink costs in the longer run. Otherwise a great product to go for.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor Performance I bought this printer about 3 months back. I am not satisfied with the performance. The double side printing is extremely slow. Also there is frequent paper jam. I complained but HP could not resolve. At the moment, it is lying idle and the printer isn't working with a report of paper jam and i don't see evidence of paper stuck anywhere within the printer. I have once again registered complaint in toll free and waiting for HP to call.
