Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst Experience. This Printer gives such a painful experience. Both the printer and the customer service is so poor, that even under warranty period you will never be able to service your printer. The toner did not even last for 4 months and HP is saying that we should replace the toner again for 5K . After spending 20K+ on this printer its even more painful to keep following up their customer service while each time they give different answers passing the ball. Worst experience after suggesting it for my office!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad Product I Wouldn't recommend buying HP Laser MFP 138fnw for following reason. -Difficult to configure & Setup the printer. -Frequent disconnection from WiFI -(Must uninstall driver and start over again to bring it back to WIFI) -App is not user friendly (Only care about cross selling products HP products) -HP used sell great IT products for home users but now care only care about Business users. -Finding tonner status from Windows is not an easy task. At last had to depend on Blog writers to get proper instruction. (HP thinks APP will solve all problem)

The vendor (being a HP outlet store) and the HP customer care who assisted me in selecting this product assured me that the printer would give atleast 1500 prints post the purchase. It's not even 530 prints and the toner is reflecting low and needs refill. Such a worst experience trusting a reputed brand like HP, its customer care and the outlet. The outlet is now mentioning that HP customer care has to resolve this issue since the product is under warranty. HP customer care person is like there is no commitment to give n number of prints. All this concludes the reputation of the brand which HP carries. I am seriously disappointed with my purchase and would recommend each and every person to avoid HP branded printers

Rated 1 out of 5 by from No support for Wireless printing for Paper sizes This printer does not support wireless printing options for different paper sizes. As soon as choose this printer on my iPad/Android phone, the paper size automatically changes to A4 and there is no option to choose other paper sizes whereas if the printer is not chosen, Paper size choices show up in the print settings menu. The Paper choices just vanish as soon as this printer is selected. I’m a lawyer and chose this Printer only because it could scan and print legal size documents. I use my iPad most of the time. The printer has zero utility for me if I have turn on my PC every time I want to print something.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst experience for Cartridge HP please don't make full to your customers and force them to buy a cartridge for Rs.4700/-to 1500pages (Rs.3/page). You have made it Chip based to sell your product, but who will take a black & white print for Rs.3/page. If cartridge is not refillable then no one is going to buy your printer. Kindly find a solution for it else you will loose your customer base very soon.

While buying the printer it was told the cartridge shall print 1500 prints.. we are at 627 and the message is popping saying Toner Low. Please advise urgently.

Hello Ashkam. Thank You for choosing HP! Cartridges that are sent with the printer are dummy i.e., setup cartridges and they do not come with full yield of pages.
