As a best practice, there should be at least 2 partitions, one for windows installation and the other for personal data ('D' partition). The laptop was delivered to me in the 1st week of April '23 but still the warranty was showing only 10 months.

I asked them to check the quality and they agreed its yellow and instead of resolving my issue they said its not a manufactuing issue. That series of laptop has the most cheapest display. The display has no colors and u will see white as pale and other colous faded. Excel sheet which is white on all laptops, on this laptop u will see it pale yellowish color. The vidoes on youtube or netflix will pixalate if the vidoe has any fast moving or action scenes. The disolay has a yellowish tint in it and real colours. I have checked alll the models have thae same cheap display and they call it as a feature abd gave jazz. The best part is same images abd vidoes when played in dell or lenovo or eben cheap laptops are not yellowish. Infact i ahve a ten yrs old laptop abd it also ahs a better disply than it. I got this laptop and purchsed it blindly trusting HP. But waste of trust. I had got it from kohinoor. Kohinoor on rather helping me to resolve the issue they denieed stating when u should have checked and taken. Then rather than helping they were suggesting me to go to hp and show that that latop is damaged and get a note from hp. The displays was bad and still bad. No viewing experice you will get and thst yellow tint will make u through the laptop. Feels as if the laptop display has jaundice.

HP executive shown me cash back with no cost EMI on HDFC Credit card as well as she assured me that I'll have to pay the price amount only. The processing fee and the interest will not be charged. But now I get email from bank side and they are charging the same. I asked about this to her but her response was not good and avoid to talk to me. I have sent her the email copy also but there is no response from her side. This is not suitable to the reputation of HP. One side you provide cash back and extort from another side. I just managed to extended my budget because of EMI option with no cost as promised but now I am going to charged with interest. This is not a sign of good consumer protection from a leading company.

Keyboard light stands out the most. Would have been better if black keyboard with white imprints have been provided. Overall performance is good. Delay in delivery of gift items, it doesn't come along with the main product - laptop.
