My First HOME printer become disaster A day to connect to customer care no phone contact Only Wahts up chat God know when and who will respond. Now Junior team allocated to install Believe me Scanner paper loading I guided. Took TWO working days to install, Multi function Printer Multiple Applications in you DESKTOP Pathetic SCANNER has black and white and Ninety percent scan Scan to PRINT photo Ninety six percent ONLY, Huge colour difference TEXT printing, To get technician to Scrap my 461 printer took ONE full week. finally HP certified DEAD on ARRIVAL to return.

Printer is not able to connect to WIFI. moreover Printer cannot connect to 5G network, maximum it can connect to 2.5G . No where in specs it is mentioned that printer cannot connect to 5G. it could not connect to 2G network also. Tried calling the dealer (Croma) for help. they were very unhelpful and asked us to contact HP Customer service. HP customer service has not responded. I bought this printer online sitting overseas for delivery to Mumbai address, thinking Croma and HP are big companies and we will get service. My experience has been revers.

Spill free ink tank refilling and storage is a unique feature in HP I think which is very useful especially since I had a naughty kid. Overall satisfied with product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by MoEr from Double side printing of documents if you want to print a 40-page document two-sided on 20 pages you are not able to do so in one print command, print 20 pages, turn them and print the remaining 20 pages because this printer will pull in 1 or 2 or 3 pages at a time and you will end up with a document of up to 30 pages that you can throw away. HP customer says “Make sure you print one page (duplex) at a time rather than giving a print command of multiple pages at a time” ! That means you can print duplex only one page at a time, you have to print page 1, turn it, print page 2, print page 3, turn it print page 4, print page 5, turn it, print page 6, print page 7, turn it print page 8 and so on and so on. You need a lot of time and patience for this printer that is definitely only for a 1 page at a time person and not for office use.

What is the difference between 416 and 419? Why there is difference in the page of 416 and 419? Wireless means direct wireless or Wifi as well?

Hello Harsha, Thank You for showing interest in HP! HP 419 is shipped with a bigger blank ink bottle and is available with a blue and black body, however, 416 is shipped with a smaller ink bottle and is available only in a full black body. 419 can print more pages because it is shipped with a bigger black ink bottle which leads to the difference in pages that can be printed. With different Bottle size you will receive more page yield from HP 419 AIO Printer. Wireless printing can be used to give print commands to the printer from a different WiFi network as well from the same WiFi, and both these printers work wirelessly.
