Thank you hp. Putting this review online on shopping apps.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Sai ask from Sales Good but Performance bad I bought this from hp Store online, they promised that we get upto 7000 colour and 15000 black prints but in reality i got only 7123 prints which includes both colour & black prints but now my print head is not working. Hence I conclude that it doesn't reached atleast 30% of expectation. Now I don't have warranty , they are charging service fee + part fee where we can get a new normal hp ink advantage printer. My best suggestion is try to buy printer where the head is not able to replace.

All Print, Scan and Copy are working. The ink tanks protrude outside and look delicate. Let us see the durability. Many comments in other shopping portals say that the head is easily prone to malfunction. Let us see.

But sometimes pages are skipped when printing or some sheets are not printed on. This causes some annoying issues especially when trying manual duplex printing. Also, there are occasional issues in connecting with a MAC.

Rated 3 out of 5 by lakshmanaprasad AN from very slow and high price I was using Hp printer INK ADVANTAGE 2010 K010 FOR MORE THAN 7 YEARS. it was good. But to buy a printer combined with a scanner, I purchased HP INK TANK 319. just few days back. i observed following drawbacks in this new printer. 1. no printer cover supplied (but supplied with my earlier printer HP INK ADVANTAGE ). printer cover should be provided. 2. very slow when compared to my earlier printer. 3. The earlier printer was running with only two catridges HP 704 black and HP 704 tricolour. 4. This printer along with two catridges , utilises liquid ink of total 4 colours. so, consumption of ink more and costly also when compared to my earlier printer. 5. The output paper holder is like a scale (even in my earlier printer the same type of paper holder provided) . The output paper holder should have been much more wider ; otherwise papers when coming out may fall down. HP should review this while manufacturing. . 6. As a user , I suggest technology should be more user-oriented . .
