My last 2-3 purchases of this model (from Flipkart & Amazon) were very good and i was more than satisfied. But this time, the one i received directly from HP website was not up to the mark. The mic presented some issues over the first 2 weeks... to the extent that i thought about returning it. Anyway i didn't & it seems to be much better now. But still not fully satisfied.
