Rated 1 out of 5 by from App not working Hi the desktop app to adjust brightness was working initially but now says "No monitor detected" always. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalled it also, but doest work.. same is the problem with another laptop of mine also. this is frustrating

Rated 3 out of 5 by from X Don’t have the basic USB C-port required for my Mac. Maximum Height Which it can give you is also less. Don’t have the Audio out port as well so can’t hear audio also. These are the basic requirements so please enhance the model and be competitive.
