It works smoothly and it is so easy to get the work done through HP Smart App - no need to plug wire in the Laptop. Moreover now we can easily print from our phones. My last HP Deskjet worked for 12yrs seamless and now i am expecting the same from this product :)

Most importantly, the WiFi operation is extremely problematic. Over the past year, I have uninstalled and installed the printer atleast 3 times. And then the paper intake tray just does not function smoothly.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Rahul Kumar 1111 from Costly and worth less I bought this product in September 2021 and it is consuming too much ink only 12 pages colourful and the ink got finished and the black printed is only 47 pages the company is saying the colour cartridge can print upto 120 and the black 380 pages. I brought a new tricolour cartridge and it is also finishing after 8 pages. This is too much. The company should give me free black and colour cartridge. Until this printer can print upto 500 pages. Printing is also slow.

It has a mind of its own. HP should really send replacements to all the customers who made the mistake of buying this printer. It's been a waste of effort, money and now time.

This time, while the printer comes with great useful features in this budget, 2 major concerns : 1. Wifi Issue : Printer sometimes doesn't get discovered in my Laptop in WiFi. I have to again restart the Printer and then it appears back. This is really frustrating as most of the times it just works fine and turning on the printer, it automatically appears in the Printer, but seldom it creates issues and says - Unable to find Printer. 2. Ink Consumption : While many have already reviewed around the same, despite using the printer in 'Black - Draft mode' most of the times, I did not get even 150 pages output and the ink is almost finished. Everywhere, it mentions up to 480 Black - Draft pages. Would request HP to pls work on that. I feel bad such draining Ink levels despite not so heavy usage.

It was launched around that time and I did the mistake of not waiting for customer reviews. Setting this up with laptop is so difficult. Not at all user-friendly. Total waste of my money. I won't recommend buying this printer to anyone and this model should be stopped from selling ASAP. The process for taking a printout from mobile app or laptop is so horrible and even after giving commands, printout does not come right at times. The interface and process should be so user friendly so that any person who is not tech savvy can take a printout easily. Really disappointed.

The printer keeps making sound continously due to scan bar keeps moving back and forth. Did all steps including updating firmware and nothing helps. It is so pathetic to see such issues as I need to go behind the service center to get this repaired. Al expectations on HP brand has really gone down with such poor quality products. I took this directly from Reliance Digital and not even via online portals.
