Rated 1 out of 5 by from The cartridge is not printing clearly Even after running the self diagnosed checks, the cartridge could not clean its head and I am getting print outs with white lines. Given that i bought the cartridge 2 months back and have been using it regularly this problem is quite annoying and hence one star review.

YOUR BILL HAS NO CONTACT NUMBER TO INFORM YOU. THIS IS WORST SELLER WHOSE HAS SOLD SUCH DUPLICATE PRODUCTS. SORRY FOR INCONIVANCE CAUSED TO YOU . THE PACK SHOWS DEC 2018.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Highly Unsatisfied I bought this a month ago and from the day I installed this cartridge I am trying to get this working but to no use. The printer is giving an error message "There is a problem with the printer or the ink system, turn the printer off and then on, if the problem persists contact hp." I did everything which was there in the message but nothing worked, I even contacted customer care but they said that I should take that to vendor who is 400 kms away from my place. Now my printer is lying there at the corner just because I purchased a cartridge from hp online shop. Disgusting..!!!
