Extortion tactics
My new cartridge displayed a fault the first time it was used. Since it was more than 3 months after purchase, no warranty cover is offered. This purchase was a replacement for the faulty cartridge, so totally dissatisfied with the experience. To make matters worse, printer eventually started displaying a print head error. I have chosen to discard the printer and buy a Canon, considering my prior experience with HP service, Hyderabad.

Defective
After installing the cartridge an error message is displayed which indicates that the cartridge is defective. I have never faced this kind of situation. Don’t know where to complain.
