Rated 5 out of 5 by from Original vs counterfeit All these time, I used to buy cartridge for my laser jet printer from the so called reputed on-line stores due to attractive price (almost 50% of the cost at HP stores) and found their quality was not that good. I thought there is some problem with the Printer itself as the cartridge was packed in "original" HP packing. I never doubted the authenticity of the goods. This time, I thought, I will directly buy the item from HP stores and I found that, the quality of the print is excellent! HP should do no something on this matter.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fast, convenient delivery I got a low toner notification on a Saturday morning. I ordered a replacement from HP online, and it reached me within a couple of hours. Extremely efficient service from HP! The toner cartridge itself is very easy to install - doesn't take more than 2 minutes. I would also recommend using HP's cartridge recycling program, although the drop-off points are out of the way. It would be great if HP would integrate the recycling program with home delivery of new toner cartridges, so that we can hand off the old cartridge to the delivery person while taking delivery of the new cartridge. Please make this happen, HP!
