Rated 1 out of 5 by from Ink dries before you can print 300 pages I'm stuck with a printer which won't print because this ink has been out of stock for many months now. I've never been able to print even 100 pages with these refills as these would dry out long before I'm able to print those many pages. This might be good for people who have regular printing needs because then they might be able to print 300 pages as claimed by HP and this would work out to be economical. I'm thinking of changing the printer because I'm so disappointed with the ink.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Duplicate Cartridges led to damage of printer head I have purchased many items through Amazon but this is the first time, I have been cheated with duplicate cartridges, which on insertion have led to damage of the printer head and further repairing of the same costs me Rs.8,000/- Hence request that the set of cartridges may please be collected and at least replaced.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor quality - dead on arrival and no support I bought a brand new catridge a few weeks back and the black ink did not print right at all.. at best it was a light shade of grey. When I called support, no one was interested in taking ownership.. they kept diverting from one number to another. After several hours of being on the phone, I was advised to go in person to a service center (BTW, only one in whole of bangalore!!). The service center guys says the printer itself is an outdated model (bought 3 years back) and hence claims cannot be resolved!.. Very disappointed with the service. I strongly discourage anyone from buying HP printers

Rated 4 out of 5 by from works all right Ink usage depends on printer and it's available settings. Recommend using calibration and clean print head (if printer has option) and printing test page - all three after changing printer settings to minimum use. Easy to install. Use of five cartridges ensures other colours of ink is not wasted if one is depleted and maximizes tone.

Questions and Answers

When will this printer ink cartridge, 862, will be available again? Last time the stock was available in September, 2022. Last month there was a status message that "the cartridge will soon be available and delivered within 2-3 days" I am in need of this
