This clearly means one of the cartridge had a problem due to which it was rejected by the printer. Let me know what shall I need to do for refund of one cartridge.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Faulty design-Can only use one cartridge at a time I had bought a pack of two black cartridges (HP 802) for my HP Deskjet 1510 printer. I wanted to replace the existing colour cartridge with black cartridge in addition to the already present black cartridge since i have requirements only for black and white printing. To my surprise, both the black cartridge are right aligned (can only be fixed in the same holder) and I can only use one of the cartridges at a time. It is also a functionality i had confirmed from the HP representative while buying the printer - that we could only use two black cartridges instead of a colour and a black one.
