Rated 4 out of 5 by from Review of InkJet Cartridges for 685 I ordered a set of Cartridges for my 685 printer—Black/Magenta/Yellow/ Syan, which were delivered to me a week back. While the other three cartridges have been OK, the performance of Black cartridge is BAD. The print is very feeble/light, though the other three colours print is alright. Hope you will note my complaint and arrange replacement.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Quality product delivered quick HP print cartridges give me excellent quality prints. Giving four stars (not five) for their steep price. Another minor irritant is the frequency with which I get the low ink level warning even though my usage for domestic purposes is meager. HP could try drop the price at same quality, or prolong life of cartridge. Thanks.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from HP Ink Advantage losing its vlaue It was supposed to low cost consumable- that was selling point of Ink Advantage. But now it's close to 900 rupees for one black cartridge. The ink dries very fast and the in no time, the level creeps down to 50%. Better to buy tank printers.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Refilled cartridges I had ordered on 12032023 along with color cartridges and received the same on 24032023, now it is hardly one week and the levels are already showing as empty, I have hardly printed 5-10 pages. Very disappointing. Think that refilled cartridges are being sold. This is the second time this is happening.

In India I explored on HP website and as per their info ordered 680, which was supposed to be compatible. Unfortunately, it is not. None of the customer service guys were able to give a solution. I also wrote for refund, but am still waiting to hear from them
