Rated 1 out of 5 by from Think well before buying product here [ Replacement Issues] My dear friends, Think twice and thrice before ordering a product here!! All the products selling here are genuine only., no doubt about that. But if the ordered product has any defects or compatible issue then replacing or re-ordering the product is "very very very very difficult". Instead of preferring here to buy online i suggest to go any direct HP store near by and buy it. It is not simply to make return order like any other leading online portal we use. [ you need to spend lot of effort , money and time to get your product replacement]. Otherwise you simply consider your new product is simply waste ,ignore and get new one from other portals. Even the customer care also dont have any clear instructions to tell you how to apply for replacement warranty. All the above statements are written after i got the good experience with HP online store and replacement procedures. Simply I hate it.

But my printer model was not showing in the site and it was showing hp DeskJet 2700 series. So I ordered this online and after opening the seal and loading the catridge I was shocked to note that this hp 682 ink catridge is not compatible. My entire cost gone waste. While ordering in online site should show all printers .

is there any warranty applicable if the newly installed catridge stops working

Hello Ramashankar, Thank you for showing interest in HP! The HP 682 Black Original Ink Advantage Cartridge only comes with 14 days of free replacement policy where you can claim the warranty if in case your product stop working or incompatible with the printer. Apart from this you've to used your cartridge's before the expiry date. Thanks, HP Support Team.
