Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed I bought a Tri-Color Printhead from the online HP site just a month ago. Was disappointed to find out that my Printhead needed replacement hardly a year later. Further, after installing this new printhead, the quality of my colored printouts has dropped drastically. I am not able to get quality results even after buying genuine HP products from their official website. Poor quality printers! Will not recommend HP products.
