Extremely Bad, unprofessional and misleading dealing of the Company.I have very extremely bad experience with HP products , its year extended care pack and arrogant unruly attitude of service center Technicians. Products are also not reliable as it was earlier. All these packs come with hidden agenda to mislead the innocent customers on one reason or another. Whenever, you claim warranty within stipulated period, the fault will be yours without ant documented policy. Now a days company don't care about problems faced by individual customers as business is flourishing day by day with new customers. Therefore, I have changed strategy and advised in my circle including bulk dealings not to rely on any particular brand and divide the orders so that the quality of product and its service reliability can be assessed for taking future decisions. Surprisingly, you will have no direct access to any senior management functionary of the company to address the issues except toll free number.

Unprofessional serviceIt's waste of money, to resolve a issue it's take months together, no option to talk to an agent over toll free number, chat service is also pathetic they don't know policies and procedures they just know copy and paste. I would recommend not to by HP products and specifically care pack
