Rated 1 out of 5 by from HP care pack, not happy. My desktop still shows a warranty of 1 year. I paid around INR 6500, but, I am unable to find out whether my desktop is covered under warranty till what period. This is unfair.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don’t Upgrade HP care to 3 years I purchased the desktop HP Care upgrade from 1 to 3 years. I was told that the product key will be delivered to me which was confirmed as delivered. However I did not receive it. It is not even showing as a purchase on the HP Page of my computer. So I lost more than Rs 6,000/- in the deal. The toll free number on the Invoice is showing as non existent. So poor show HP
