Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not at all satisfied I have always been purchasing Original Laser Jet Toner from HP. But this time when I inserted the new toner, I did not get any message as I usually used to get when I installed a new toner. i.e. no message that the toner has been installed successfully and no message to print the product info page n to take a photo copy of the same. I always got those messages before. Also the print is not as dark as it should be and the photocopy is very light. I always have to set the printer for dark copies when I have to any photocopy. I have never faced this problem before. The scanner is working properly.
