One major issue I am facing with this laptop is net connectivity. Continuous net connection is getting interrupted. I have tried connecting with 3 different net connections and all are disconnected after 20 to 30 minutes use. I request to give a technical support for the same or replace the new laptop. Thank You

On your ₹2910 2 years warranty pack, what does the 3 days onsite repair mean? Does it mean the onsite repair is valid for only 3 days, or does it mean that it takes your team to respond for an onsite repair in 3 days?

I have hp 14s and my 1 yr warranty is about to expire within 4 days. So, at the time this care pack will reach me, my actual 1yr warranty will be expired. After that this pack can be activated in my laptop???? or it will be worthless buying???
