Rated 1 out of 5 by from HP PRODUCTS ARE GOOD - WEB SITE IS LOUSY. Pathetic service. The system does not recognize my laptop even though it is purchased from authorized seller. Your website is used as a selling platform and not as a customer service centre. Even after 10 days, the system has not sent the email on extension of warranty or is reflected on my account. The staff were rude, unhelpful and seem to have forgotten to fix their brain while coming to work. Overall, just stock copy and paste reply. Pathetic service.

Does this warranty include accidental damage protection??

I have hp 14s and my 1 yr warranty is about to expire within 4 days. So, at the time this care pack will reach me, my actual 1yr warranty will be expired. After that this pack can be activated in my laptop???? or it will be worthless buying???
