Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst service experienced I dont care about the product if the company cannot trust their customers.. I wanted a cartridge for my printer and the printer mentioned 19A and hence I ordered this thinking that this might be what is required. But as soon as I opened the package and checked the product, I could see that this is not what I wanted and hence requested for return. But this is pathetic on HP's part that they do not refund an open product in any way in 2021!!! Knowing such a poor service, I have decided not to buy any hp product from now on. Regards Customer with atleast 7 HP products
