But HP knows it very well that hp1200w is made for smooth reload and after using 1 yr some vertical lines come due to ink leakage. Fixing this issue at home is risky so HP should provide a reload expert for better printing experience for buying HP genuine reload kit.

Paid a big amount for toner and no support available to correct or confirm status of reload

No indication on printer for ink being injected - I inserted two toner, out of which 1 was purchased along with printer and the second was just purchased. When I injected the 1st one, printer showed the filling response but at the time second injection, the printer is still showing one level empty.

The tank is full as we put 2 such tubes (toners) in the tank, and it shows all the 3 ink markings (well and duly illuminated) on the printer (the ink indicator). Not really satisfied with the prints taken post completely filling the ink tank. This definitely needs investigation & a thorough analysis, to say the least.

I faced great difficulty while rotating the cartridge 180 degree as per the standard instructions. It was so tight that I had to apply tremendous force to rotate the body and it seemed that the item may break due to the sheer force I had to apply. I think this is some kind of a manufacturing defect which needs to be looked into. After having refilled the printer with 2 cartridges of Toner it is noticed that the Toner Indicator level is displaying 50% indication only. The reason for this is not understandable and would expect assistance from HP support team.

I purchased HP NEVERSTOP LASERJET PRINTER 1000W last year. Now I have to change its Toner Reload Kit. Hence, I request you to guide me whether I have to purchase 103A or 104A. As per reviews of 103A, this product is worst. Please guide.

Hello Kulkarni, Thank You for choosing HP! 103A & 104A are two entirely different products, 103A is a reload kit, wherein 104A is an imaging drum(used to store toner), if you go with 103A it can help you print up to 2500 pages, however 104A being an imaging drum can store much more toner and can print up to 20,000 pages.
