Faulty HP 103A Black Neverstop Toner Relard Kit
After loading HP 103A Black Neverstop Toner Reload kit, there is no improvement in the print quality.
The toner kit appears to be a faulty one. I have sent an email to in.contact@hp.com for addressing the issue and providing a replacement. no response received for my email.

Worst service
I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I have encountered with a recently purchased HP ink cartridge. Despite refilling the cartridge, my printer continues to display a low ink level warning, which is severely impacting my ability to use the printer effectively.
Here are the details of my purchase and the issue:
Issue: Cartridge shows low ink level after refilling
Upon receiving the cartridge, I noticed it appeared to be damaged. Despite this, I attempted to refill the ink, hoping it would resolve the issue. However, the printer still indicates a low ink level, rendering the cartridge unusable.
Given the urgency of my need for a functioning printer, I kindly request the following:
A replacement cartridge sent as soon as possible.
Guidance on how to address this issue to prevent future occurrences.
Any troubleshooting steps that might help resolve the current problem.
I have always relied on HP products for their quality and reliability, and I trust that this matter will be resolved promptly. Please let me know if you require any further information or if there are additional steps I should take to expedite this process.

Experience and Solution
Ink is very good and the reload process is very smooth.
But HP knows it very well that hp1200w is made for smooth reload and after using 1 yr some vertical lines come due to ink leakage. Fixing this issue at home is risky so HP should provide a reload expert for better printing experience for buying HP genuine reload kit.

Toner reload cancel and HP support page in error
Regarding purchase of HP 103A Black Original Neverstop Laser Toner Reload Kit recently, although the toner was loaded as per points shown in HP official video on YouTube and heard a confirmation sound on pressing the toner handle down, the status shown on HP smart app as - Toner reload cancelled' and the HP contact page https://support.hp.com/us-en/error?errorType=500&invalidSSID=true shown as in error state, so official HP contact page is not reachable. Paid a big amount for toner and no support available to correct or confirm status of reload

Defective toner
The toner was defective. I faced two problem as follows
1. While shaking the toner ink came out of it.
2. No indication on printer for ink being injected - I inserted two toner, out of which 1 was purchased along with printer and the second was just purchased. When I injected the 1st one, printer showed the filling response but at the time second injection, the printer is still showing one level empty.
