This team don't have any responsibility becuase my care pack delivered before 1 or 2 months . but still this pack is not applied in my laptop . so don't buy the care pack from hp . they don't have any responsibility . no one call , no massage , after payment you will get fool i feel like this . now i am planing to complaint in consumer courte .

It was very easy to purchase the warranty package for my personal laptop through online. I recommend their service and responses at prompt time in Chennai. But I feel bit bitter in Pune for the same.

Service improvement required.

The Warranty was NOT extended
I had opted for a warranty extension after a Pop up notification from HP message centre that the warranty could be still be extended even though the original warranty had already expired for a week or so. Initially HP customer care asked for a details of the device to begin process of warranty ext, but next week I was informed that it was not possible to do so as previous warranty had already expired. It was extremely annoying to be first prompted to extend warranty (despite knowing that warranty expired) by your company and then getting the request rejected. The payment made was refunded after 2 weeks. And more insultingly got another pop up message to renew warranty after the rejection!!
It is almost as if the left hand of HP does not know what the right is doing....

THOUGH I WAS ASKED TO EXTEND WARRANTY AND I PAID FOR IT HP CUSTOMER CARE INFORMED ME THAT IT COULD NOT BE EXTENDED AS MY WARRANTY PERIOD HAS ENDED.
I LIKED TO INFORM THAT THE REMINDER WAS SENT TO ME AFTER MY WARRANTY EXPIRATION.
WHY WAS IT SENT THEN
MY PAYMENT HAS BEEN REFUNDED
BUT STILL I THINK HP CAN EXTEND IF IT THINKS SO
I AM A HP CUSTOMER FOR A LONG TIME
NOW AFTER REJECTING EXTENSION I HAVE BEEN ASKED TO GIVE MY FEEDBACK FOR THE SAME -IRONICAL TO SAY THE LEAST
