Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not replacing bushes after replacement of battery While replacing the battery they removed all bushes to setup but after replacing the bushes are not fitted properly leading to damage to bushes … this issue need to be resolved for all laptops when bushes are removed… so disappointing ……otherwise good enough …

Rated 2 out of 5 by from HP Spectre 360 Battery Replacement The 2 stars are for providing at home service only, but the overall service quality is bad, the engineer did not fit the back cover of laptop properly and HP did not provide a replacement rubber strip even though it is widely known that it si difficult to put the rubber strip back properly.

I am writing this mail because of the wrong and misinformation provided by the tvs-e people regarding my order. On jan 02,4:00pm I contacted the sales team regarding the order I need to made for my hp spectra x 360 convertible laptop internal battery replacement around 4:54pm same day I got my case number 5117232155. On jan 03 , I received the quotation of my battery and link for battery payment in hp mail with quote number : #136281 and on jan 04,09:00 am I made the payment worth 11,999 inr and got the confirmation about the success of payment and later on I got my order id and shipment details as well which is Your Shipment #001279173 for Order #101300004475786 On jan 09,12:05 am I got msg from hp savex that battery has been delivery on jan 11 I contacted the post sales team on call as well on whatsApp where they confirmed me about the delivery of my battery by hp savex to the nearest technical hp store. But when I contacted mr ashwini he said it's still in banglore and he gave me the screenshot of details but the detilas mr ashwini sended is totally opposite the case id to the shipment number all are different from the number which hp savex sended meme as well this new order is placed on 12 jan though my original order I payed and place was on 04 jan which shown deliver on 10 jan itself. On continue asking Mr ashiwin updated to the hp about this new shipment though the order I placed on jan 04 which delivered on jan 10 is nowhere to be found. I want to know why the technical store near me not accepting they receive battery and why they giving me the details of some other parcel which is clearly not mine.. I paid a huge amount for original product I demand a original product. I am attaching screenshot of the information which I provided along this mail and I expect a reply with proper information. Just now I received mail from hpstore india also regarding the issue that Battery has been delivered already.

It takes layers and layers of carefully crafted systems that look pretty good on paper but are customer unfriendly. Finally, the product did not work, either.wish you tell the customers when they buy that high end products battery will not be available once it is over. So Yes, best wishes.

First visit the engineer couldn’t open the back cover as he was unskilled for the job. Second visit the battery was not recognised as genuine HP part. The engineer scratched the laptop back and removed the rubber lining which was not needed.

A battery replacement for a HP Spectre Laptop took more than a month and more than 15 follow ups with the HP Online Product Purchase and HP Technical Support team. Getting a quote for the battery took 23 days and fixing the issue another 10 days.

How many days one can get for the new battery? How many days service provider will take to replace the battery after order placed? Will they take the old battery with them after replacement?
