Have not been REFUNDED Payment for unused batteryI still have not got my refund for Battery paid: Battery replacement wa snot required per se. Current battery is good as per Technician, so was not replaced !

Best but need to be an excellent!Nice experience but need lot of work to improve it... as like:
1/.Hp service center in norther region.

Not replacing bushes after replacement of batteryWhile replacing the battery they removed all bushes to setup but after replacing the bushes are not fitted properly leading to damage to bushes … this issue need to be resolved for all laptops when bushes are removed… so disappointing ……otherwise good enough …

Battery Replacement for HP Spectre LaptopWorst service experience in my life. A battery replacement for a HP Spectre Laptop took more than a month and more than 15 follow ups with the HP Online Product Purchase and HP Technical Support team. Getting a quote for the battery took 23 days and fixing the issue another 10 days.

HP Spectre 360 Battery ReplacementThe 2 stars are for providing at home service only, but the overall service quality is bad, the engineer did not fit the back cover of laptop properly and HP did not provide a replacement rubber strip even though it is widely known that it si difficult to put the rubber strip back properly.
