Okayish Product
Battery replacement procedure was quite clear and even the executive did the replacement with care. Still didn't invoice and the original battery would hold charge for more than 5hrs, this drains quickly compared to old one.

Promptness of customer care servic- Needs improve
The customer care line takes a long time to respond back, even if your request is registered telephonically. Similarly, after contacting the seller, and transferring money in his/her account, the response of confirmation comes late, durign which time, the client might get panicked.

Battery delivered without packing in loose condition. Don’t know if it’s used one. No warranty card. Email sent to consumersupport.india@hp.com on 4th Sep but no reply from HP till date. Very unprofessional service at an expensive price of Rs.8999!!

Excellent service by HP
The service was excellent. From shopping for my battery to its installation was very smooth and easy. The one missing star is for not updating the tracking status of shipment in my orders, which made it a little bit difficult.

Weak booking process rest excellent
The reason for three stars was that rhe service booking process was difficult. How do you expect someone to retain the invoice number of purchase etc ? Rest everything from
Phone support and to the technician who visited were very helpful.
Except booking rocess everything is 5 star .

Bad Experience
The replaced battery is not performed well. Battery drain happening quickly. Laptop gets turned off when battery is in 10%. Overall a bad experience . Not expected from HP with this 9000 price tag. I urge to replace this product and give me a new one.

Delivery and Installation was quick. However, the service guy could not explain properly that the battery was genuine. After comparing the code on the battery, i could conclude that it was genuine. This should have been explained by him. But he kept on talking vaguely. So he was not smart to check.
