After comparing the code on the battery, i could conclude that it was genuine. This should have been explained by him. But he kept on talking vaguely. So he was not smart to check.

Even the service center personal were not receiving the calls on time infact they had not received my single call out of many. Calls i made for asking the reason why my battery is still not reaching me till the date. Your hp customer care service is also not good now as previously your voice call services were good as it was easy to connect with customer care executive now its taking so much time in days . Please improve this and if possible bring back the original system of customer care services instead of whatsapp chat. Thank you
