I understand HP wants users to install Carttridges/Printheads themselves to save on personnel costs, but i followed the instructions as mentioned & the print is still not clear. you can also say it's printing even poorly before changing the print heads. Seems the Printheads are defective

Rated 2 out of 5 by from New printheads printing with lots of streaks I had requested for a paid home inspection of my printer who was giving trouble for coloured printouts. Even after registering my complaint with HP no one came to check the printer. Then i ordered new cartridges as suggested by troubleshooter. On putting in new cartridge my previous problem of couour printing (was printing only pink colour) was solved but there are streaks in all the printouts. I have tries cleaning the cartridges and checked the ink levels too. But im unable to understand that why new printheads would print papers with streaks
