Some users says oled display shows colors warmer mainly white color. I'm a Software Engineer, trust me it's not the issue. it's how white color looks on oled displays. it's beautiful. + Nvidia GTX 1650 ti + Thunderbolt + Windows 10 Pro + Office 2019 & many more features. You can't get these features in any other manufacturer. btw, this display is also capable of full HDR feature introduced in windows system... the only cons. is battery feels too short( almost 3 to 4 hours) not as advertised. but i guess new windows 10 2020 october update will solve this issue...

Rated 1 out of 5 by SpectreX360User from Great laptop with terrible build quality issues I bought this laptop a few months back, and was really excited about it. The features and specs were terrific, and the laptop was priced competitively. The display is gorgeous, and the performance is pretty good. However, my experience has been overshadowed with a series of issues. First, the laptop shipped with a defective stylus. I was assured a replacement in a couple of days. I waited---and this caused me to miss the replacement window. The replacement took nearly 2 months to arrive, and required repeated phone calls from my side. Then, a month ago, the WiFi and Bluetooth stopped working (Code 10: device could not be started error), which required a full motherboard replacement (and yet more phone calls to the service center). And now the keyboard isn't working---and it's already a week past the estimated resolution date, with no resolution in sight. Repeated calls to the customer care has little to no effect. My wife and friend purchased Spectre x360 machines as well, and BOTH those machines developed faults within months. This brings into question the quality control of the entire Spectre x360 line of products. Highly recommend customers to avoid Spectre x360 laptops.
