I am software engineer. i have to use mouse which make my process slow. 3. Keypad button should be black. Which will give more visibility. 4. Camera should have shutter, so we can off camera in case i want.

One of your executive told me to choose EMI option for 6 months so that I can get a cashback of 3104 rs additionaly which I will get a credit with in 90 days. But now the cost of the laptop is 69897.60. I have contacted SBI and HP Online sales no one is helping me.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Heats upto 30 degress within half an hour This laptop heats upto 30 degress celcius within half hour of use that too by running just youtube videos on chrome. As per HP policy, this laptop can heat upto 40 degress and they only consider it a problem if it heats more than that. Also, once you buy you can not return/replace the laptop. I am frustrated with this. HP service is also pathetic!
