Not working.
Either the cartridges are dried up or due to some other issue, not working. First time since purchase of printer that it is not working with new cartridges.

Black Ink cartridge
I purchased a twin pack of black cartridges from HP Store. Installed the same successfully but when printing was getting notification that the ink was depleted, the cartridges may not be original HP etc. Contacted HP and was advised to take it to the nearest supplier for exchange of the same. Unfortunately the address given for the nearest supplier is far from where I reside and being a senior citizen I'm unable to take it there. Notified HP of this situation but received no response.

Probably the last time I am using a HP Printer. Bought a compatible original ink refill from HP Online. It says not compatible with my printer. Absolutely shocking. Highly doubt the product is counterfeit.

Even though the printer confirms 'Genuine Cartridge' I keep getting the message 'incompatible Cartridge' and have to reboot the printer each time. No response from HP!!!!!

Excellent service when you get it.
Getting HP service is difficult. Recently, I purchased a two-pack B&W. The cartridge failed. It was replaced. The error message recurred. Nobody to check the printer. The one service point in the city is overburdened. The printer is well maintained but now only the colour cartridge works. Talking to people about the problem, seems like it's a common issue. Black cartridge failure. And the cost of a new ink cartridge is expensive.

A Disappointing Experience
Hp 678 Ink is incompatible with my Deskjet 2135. HP 680 however is the correct, compatible one. Since I bought it by mistake, I tries every best to reach back, and get it exchanged. I had opened one catridge, and one catridge is still unopened, and wrapped. But HP customer care completely refused to care about it. Being a customer for many years now, it was disheartening.

I am happy with the product. One suggestion/request that when customer buy from companies portal/site, company may please give some concession. Since if we buy from other sites/portal/outside vendor, we are getting some discount/concession. So pl think about suggestion and try to give good concession to buyers who buy from companies site. thanks

hi i had purchased Inkcartridge 678 tri color/black 2 packs online and it was delivered thru ur distributors Savex Technologies Pvt ltd. We must have taken 10 pages of color print and its already showing low ink .im surprised hows thats even possible...?Pl take a look into the same and replace the cartridge

Quick delivery
I appreciate the prompt delivery.
BUT I expected that I could fit both black cartridges in the printer. However they are made in a way that one cartridge has to be coloured.
I don't need colour as much as I need Black.
Suggestion: Please market black ink cartridges that can both fit the printer.

The products I purchased in offer is off substandard or old.The ink is not drying at all.when print comes out and when we take paper it's sticking in hand.all 6 pieces ordered are same.
Are you selling substandard product at offer.not good.I will change my printer to other brand.

A good HP product. But HP penalises those who want to buy original and don't do refill. It raises the price by a big percentage from time to time. This is clearly taking advantage of its market position.
