Rated 1 out of 5 by from worst customer care support 1) Bluetooth connects and then freezes button function on the mouse as well as touch pad on laptop ( this sounds funny right but tried it on 3 laptops ) and even re installed win 11 to win 10 with default drivers. 2) Dongle when connected has resulted in same issue. sometime when you let the dongle be connected and reboot the machine the mouse will function properly but slowly it will reach the point as how the bluetooth mode works. 3) HP 14" laptop with i3 1Oth gen having intel AX201 wifi/ BT 5.0 card has a driver issue but no body say's this ( service centers ) you can read it on driver details description when you update drivers. but it is still not fixed. but this problem has been persistent since last year through some other updates of windows also. should switch to Mac, with all these silly issues. 4) since touch pad and BT are all connected to laptop via the USB port it seems to jam up somehow. ( didn't get time to dig further ) 5) Orarega Techologies (OPC) Pvt Ltd, Mr Raza ( i guess ) says buy new mouse ( you buy me one ). 6) Most service center guys are screwdriver mechanics unfortunately didn't meet some one who could explain well enough.. my bad luck
