Ideal for a small home office
The printer is working fine as of now. Initially it warrants cleaning of the printer head and the cartridges. These functions are available in the printer itself. After this process the print quality is fine

I am buying this product last week less then 200 pages cartridge will empty. out side people xerox 1 rs only. we cant competite them. original hp cartrideges cost also high.

Riddled with problems from the start
This printer model has some inherent problems, which have bothered me from the day I installed it. Most importantly, the WiFi operation is extremely problematic. Over the past year, I have uninstalled and installed the printer atleast 3 times. And then the paper intake tray just does not function smoothly.

Costly and worth less
I bought this product in September 2021 and it is consuming too much ink only 12 pages colourful and the ink got finished and the black printed is only 47 pages the company is saying the colour cartridge can print upto 120 and the black 380 pages. I brought a new tricolour cartridge and it is also finishing after 8 pages. This is too much. The company should give me free black and colour cartridge. Until this printer can print upto 500 pages. Printing is also slow.

Worst printer.
Very inefficient. I waste soo much of my time to get anything done on this. A simple printout can take you an hour or more. It has a mind of its own. HP should really send replacements to all the customers who made the mistake of buying this printer. It's been a waste of effort, money and now time.

Wifi -settings are not functioning properly
I m facing alot of problems in setting of printer.. And also it is not supporting for old Android phone.. Oppo F3 mobile... And for every WIFI setting it's give a password as a print..

Great features in this budget, especially ADF, WiFi
Have already used HP Products in the past and always happy. This time, while the printer comes with great useful features in this budget, 2 major concerns :
1. Wifi Issue : Printer sometimes doesn't get discovered in my Laptop in WiFi. I have to again restart the Printer and then it appears back. This is really frustrating as most of the times it just works fine and turning on the printer, it automatically appears in the Printer, but seldom it creates issues and says - Unable to find Printer.
2. Ink Consumption : While many have already reviewed around the same, despite using the printer in 'Black - Draft mode' most of the times, I did not get even 150 pages output and the ink is almost finished. Everywhere, it mentions up to 480 Black - Draft pages. Would request HP to pls work on that. I feel bad such draining Ink levels despite not so heavy usage.

This is perhaps the worst HP printer I have ever used - and I've been using HP for 20 years. It is slow, takes an age to print the first page and you'd do well to never consider this model.

Don’t purchase
Assembled and it is showing other model as 4100 while doing WiFi direct connect. And it is still couldn’t setup the printer as it is not working from mobile or laptop. And not able to reach hp support since days.

Horrible user experience
I bought this in November 2020 and I regret this so much. It was launched around that time and I did the mistake of not waiting for customer reviews. Setting this up with laptop is so difficult. Not at all user-friendly. Total waste of my money. I won't recommend buying this printer to anyone and this model should be stopped from selling ASAP. The process for taking a printout from mobile app or laptop is so horrible and even after giving commands, printout does not come right at times. The interface and process should be so user friendly so that any person who is not tech savvy can take a printout easily. Really disappointed.

Scan bar keeps moving back and forth
I brought this device on 13 Feb 2021 and the scar bar keeps movign to and fro until document feeder is filled with paper. The printer keeps making sound continously due to scan bar keeps moving back and forth. Did all steps including updating firmware and nothing helps. It is so pathetic to see such issues as I need to go behind the service center to get this repaired. Al expectations on HP brand has really gone down with such poor quality products. I took this directly from Reliance Digital and not even via online portals.

The ADS for making many copies does not work as the paper does not fit in the paper slot for copying. It's also not easy to set up, and had to call an technician to help out.

Paper count
I am buying. the cartridge at Rs.792/- . page count will come 480. Averagely per paper printing cost will be Rs.1.65/- . In outside the printing cost is Rs.1 or Rs.1.5/- . Wrongly choose these products.
