Online ordering process is seriously deficient.
It was a nightmare to order with GST number. The webpage caption said to select a GST address, but no address was displayed. When the GST address was manually entered, system did not recognize it. Eventually new cartridge for depleted one was obtained by chat with HP team and installed and printer flashed message that genuine cartridge was installed. However, messages that printer was low on ink kept coming for a week after that.

If HP 965 Black Original Ink Cartridge is compatible, then the HP 965XL High Yield Black Original Ink Cartridge will also be compatible, as there is only difference in the volume of the cartridges, as HP 965XL High Yield Black Original Ink Cartridge yield is higher.
