Rated 2 out of 5 by vtkk from Service is good but Cartridge cost is very costly Delivery & Customer support service is great, but Cartridge cost of HP Officejet Pro 6960 is very costly as compared to other printer cartridges. So HP should seriously consider reducing the price of all cartridges of HP Officejet Pro 6960 because they are really very expensive as compared to other cartridges, even the high capacity cartridge HP 909 xl is costly. So please do the needful by reducing its price.

No reply from help desk or customer care e-mail ID provided for over a month. Basically if you receive a defective cartridge be prepared to lose your money or face harassment.
