Thoroughly disappointed by HP response
The cartridge supplied did not work properly. When I complained to HP technical service wing, after asking several questions in 3-4 rounds, over 10 days from receipt, including photos of the product, they didn't give any satisfactory reply and finally asked me to contact Sales staff for resolution. It was only after 4-5 attempts that I could get Sales person on phone, but sales person's response was a brusque, "the complaint is time barred as 15 days had passed " in the process of back and forth by HP personnel.

The cartridge is incompatible-with my printer which is HP 4729 inkjet advantages ultra. Whereas the cartridge no. is same.
