How many days one can get for the new battery? How many days service provider will take to replace the battery after order placed? Will they take the old battery with them after replacement?

What is the number of cells of the battery? Spectre comes in various sizes. Is the battery common for all laptops or will you provide battery for the specific model. My model is 16-f1009tx.
