Rated 1 out of 5 by from DOA (Deficient On Arrival) Product Received This gaming CPU is the best value for money. Equipped with a powerful processor Intel® Core™ i7-12700F and RTX 3060 Ti 8GB GPU. The RTX 3060 Ti 8GB Card is roughly 33% more powerful than its counterpart RTX 3060 12GB, not every time more memory means more performance. In the same price range, you are getting AMD Ryzen™ 7 5700G which is 20% less powerful than Intel® Core™ i7-12700F. So, I would recommend spending a little more to buy an intel processor that's why it is also a best seller. I am citing all the data after comparing benchmarks on third-party websites since the product I received was not in working condition and has been declared as DOA (Deficient On Arrival).

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Inadequate RAM I had wanted a 32 Gb RAM but couldn't get it for this desktop. I installed the Dropbox which I use for my work and immediately had a problem with the system freezing particularly during playing of videos. Surfing the net I have been given to believe that where there is a lot of data on Dropbox, the CPU usage is very heavy. I am sure that this is creating the problem and would like the RAM in the desktop increased. I had to uninstall Dropbox. Incidentally, my laptop a HP Pavilion has no problem and works fine with my Dropbox even though it has a 16GB RAM.
