On website clearly mentioned that the delivery time is same working day in Lucknow like city, but they delivered adapter in more than 1 week.... I think, for rural areas deliveries it will take around 1 month.....Worst service... And there is no clear response from HP customer care......Every day same reply by them ..It will be delivered by evening today. When asked for order cancellation......They are mentioning cancellation charges....Even all the fault from HP Use HP product but don't buy directly from HP.......At HP store products are costly ....And worst customer service.

Tip to HP, please clarify why do you not sell products that are exact replacement of In-box item/spares. Like in my case my HP-x360-14-ba123tu came with a 65W 4.5mm EM AC adapter, but that is not present on your website and there is no documentation whatsoever about the difference between EM vs Non-EM.

However my laptop's original 65W adapter model number /spare part code was different, so I was worried while purchasing. Make things clear with writing spare part code and also compatible models/ alternative spare part codes, if you have stopped selling those models. That would be easier to buy. Also I purchased HP laptop battery online (original) but your rates were very much high than other online store I bought from, this is just for your information. Your rates should be the minimum. Please sell these regular use spares/consumables like batteries at a more affordable rates, especially is developing countries like India. Everyone cannot afford to buy a 4K battery.
