How it works
Printing with an Android device is simple and depending on your model, printing may already be preloaded on your device. If it's not, all you need to do is download the HP Print Service Plugin from the Google Play store to get started.

Step 1
Choose your content
Open the page or photo you want to print, tap the menu icon and select 'Print'.

Choose your printer
Select from the list of printers that appears.

Print and enjoy
Confirm the correct printer and print setting are selected. Tap 'Print' and collect your pages!
Printing from your Android v4.4+ device is now built-in on most devices. If there is not a print menu selection found in Step 1, you will need to do a one-time install of the HP Print Service Plugin to enable built-in printing. Search "HP Print Service Plugin" in the Google Play Store and install.

How it works
Printing from your HP Slate tablet is simple, all you have to do is make sure your device and printer are operating on the same network and follow the steps below. The software is already on your device – no need to install anything.

How it works
Have an older Android device? With the HP ePrint App, printing from your Android device is simple, all you have to do is make sure your device and printer are connected on the same network and you have downloaded and installed the HP ePrint App from the Google Play store.

Once the app is downloaded, locate it in your device's app gallery.

One app, all the features
The HP Smart App puts the control in your hands, helping you remotely monitor and order supplies, transform your single-function printer into an MFP that scans and copies, and easily capture and upload documents to the cloud.
1. Local printing requires mobile device and printer to be on the same network or have a direct wireless connection prior to printing. Wireless performance is dependent upon physical environment and distance from access point. Wireless operations are compatible with 2.4 GHz operations only. Remote printing requires an internet connection. App or software and HP ePrint account registration may also be required. Wireless broadband use requires separately purchased service contract for mobile devices. Check with service provider for coverage and availability in your area.
