Avoid this product at all costs!!I cannot believe how horrible of an experience I have had with this printer. The only way to use it is to open an online app that has a tendency to wipe everything off the screen quite frequently, meaning that you have to close it and then open it again. The scanner works one day and then doesn't the next, even though the computer shows that the device is connected. And customer service? Forget it. The virtual assistant is a waste of time, and the one time I chatted with an actual agent, they couldn't have been any more disinterested, sending me a message and then disappearing for 10 minutes. Even when you purchase a device and register it online, HP has no record of you and you have to reload all the information again. Today, I had to go through that whole process, lifting up my device to first get the serial number, and then (because apparently that wasn't good enough) life the device again to get the product number. And then, after all this, I received a "this service is currently unavailable" message. This company truly does not care at all about its customers. I'm shocked and thoroughly disappointed.
