Rated 1 out of 5 by from I changed the cartiridges but still cannot print. I called the service centre and was told that I needed to bring the printer to Taikoo Shing and pay $400 for the checking and pay for the spart parts if they were needed. This is more expensive that buying a new printer. I have paid more than $600 for the cartridges, but I cannot get a new printer that can use these 2 new cartridges. What should I do now?
