Terms and Conditions

Purchase with Consumption Voucher, Get a HK$200 online store coupon for next purchase use.

1. Only applicable to orders of any product over HKD5,000 and government spending at HP online stores or HP specialty stores (Wan Chai, Prince Edward, Mong Kok, Sham Shui Po, Tuen Mun) from August 1 to October 15, 2021 Voucher.
2. Customers required to register their basic personal data and upload invoice attachments through https://www.hp.com/hk-zh/shop/contact/hp-redeem-form.html website on or before October 31, 2021.
3. Each order and each email address can only redeem the coupon once.
4. Customers need to agree to receive HP product promotion via email to receive online coupon codes. For HP privacy statement, please refer to HP privacy statement.
5. HK$200 online coupon code will be sent out by the system via email every bi week.
6. Any delay, loss, error, or unrecognition of the information submitted by participants due to computer, smart phone, electronic device, network technology and other problems will be regarded as unknown and cannot participate in the activity.
7. If the participant fails to submit the information before the specified date and time and/or the submitted information is unknown, unclear, inaccurate or has any omissions, so that HP Hong Kong fails to verify their identity, their qualification to participate will be cancelled. If a participant is found to participate in the event with a plug-in, deliberately using an abnormal method, an empty account and/or a fake account, HP Hong Kong reserves the right to disqualify the participant without any notice.

9. If individuals misuse or abuse this game, or affect the operation of this game and other participants, or have any adverse, negative effects or losses on HP Hong Kong, HP Hong Kong reserves all rights to pursue and demand compensation.
10. HP Hong Kong reserves the right to modify the details of the event without explanation or notice. In case of any dispute, the company reserves the right of final decision.
11. The personal information collected by the organizer in this event or the prizes given or such information will be collected, used and retained in accordance with the provisions of the "Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance". The collected information may be disclosed to the relevant company (HP Hong Kong) and business partners of the organizer for the above-mentioned purposes.
12. Participants can decide whether to provide the above information, but if they fail to provide such information, the organizer will not be able to process their application for participation in this event.

HK$200 online store coupon usage and terms and conditions:

1. The HK$200 online coupon is only applicable to the next HP online store (https://www.hp.com/hk-en/shop/) purchase.
2. Each order can only use one coupon, the total order amount must exceed HKD3,000 and each coupon code can only be used once, and it must be used before November 15, 2021.
3. Customers need to become a member of HP Online Store and enter the coupon number in "Apply Discount Code" on the checkout page.
4. Unless otherwise specified, the offers cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotional offers.
5. The offer cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods. Cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts.
