2. Enter your 6-digit verification code at the Pickup Locker.

3. Grid door will open. Take your parcel and close the door.

WHICH HP STORE OFFERS CLICK & COLLECT? -

Click & Collect is only available at HP Store Prince Edward, Kwun Tong (APM) and Wan Chai Computer Mall. For more information, please see our Store Finder.

HOW DO I PICK UP MY ORDER HP STORE? +

You will receive an SMS and email when your order is ready. Please present the original SMS and email at the store for verification.

WHEN CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER AT THE HP STORE? +

Business hours might differ for each HP Store location. You will be informed in the SMS and email. For more information, please see our Store Finder.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? +

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with your order number and the tracking info. Alternatively, you can go to your HP Online Store account and view it under "My Orders".
