1 Hours of operation for remote support are 9am – 6pm Monday to Friday, may differ based on geographical location.

2 Replaceable part or printer will be new or equivalent to new in performance. The replaced product or part must be returned within the specified timeframe and becomes the property of HP.

3 Call must be received before 2:00pm, Monday-Friday to activate an exchange service with next business day delivery for eligible geographic locations. HP Holidays may delay the delivery.
