HP Online Store will deliver free of charge on all orders over £25 (orders less than £25 will incur a small delivery charge of £3).

Fast Deliveries
Your order will be dispatched on the next working day from receipt of your order acceptance confirmation. (you’ll receive this via email after we’ve performed the necessary security checks). Our deliveries take place from Mondays to Fridays only (excluding bank holidays). Typically, you should expect to receive delivery of your order within 48 hours, however for remote or offshore destinations delivery will normally be within 72 hours.

Delivery notifications
You will receive a notification email once your order is shipped from our warehouse. Additionally, if you are a UK Mainland customer and you have provided a mobile telephone number, you will receive a text message on the evening before delivery giving you the option to:

• Select an alternative delivery date.
• Collect the parcel from your local pickup point.

In addition to the above text you will also receive a second text message on the day of delivery giving you a 1 hour delivery window so there’s no need for you to wait in all day.

Important Update - We're experiencing some delivery delays

We’re working hard to make your shopping experience even better but as we transition to our new IT system we are experiencing longer delivery times than normal. Please note that we are delivering the majority of orders within a few days but some orders may take longer to arrive. We’ll notify you as soon as your order ships and you can track the status online.

General delivery information

Delivery restrictions
Please note that currently we do not ship to ROI, Channel Islands, internationally or to P.O. boxes or BFPO addresses.

Deliveries to Business addresses
If your order is being delivered to a business address, please be advised that our carrier will deliver to a mailroom or reception area and will request a signature from the reception/mailroom contact. Our carrier does not require a signature specific to the named contact on the order details. Please note we are only able to deliver to ground floor locations.

Orders dispatch 
Please note we are unable to split orders so if any items are unavailable we will hold your order until we can deliver all of the items. We may however dispatch individual items from different warehouses so you may receive your order in multiple deliveries. If you require an item urgently, please do not combine your order with an item showing an extended delivery time. 

Please remember that all our deliveries will require a signature.

Estimated delivery dates
Delivery estimates on our website give an indication of when the item is expected to be delivered. Deliveries take place Mondays to Fridays only (excluding bank holidays). For example, items that show “Delivery within 3 days” are estimated to be delivered 3 working days after order confirmation. For products which are not immediately available from stock, either: (i) your order confirmation will specify the estimated delivery date; or (ii) where an estimated delivery date is not yet available, we will send you an email once the product is available and ready for shipping with the estimated delivery date. To get the most up to date information regarding your order, please Click Here to log into the Track My Order page. If an item on a ‘group’ order has an extended lead-time, we reserve the right to hold your order until we can deliver all of the items. If you would like to order a similar item which is in stock or cancel an item which has limited availability within a ‘group’ order, you will need to cancel the item on your original order and place another order(s) separately.

We are working to meet the current extraordinary customer demand for our products. Our website reflects current product availability but circumstances are dynamic. You may check your order status via our Track My Order page ("Click Here" to log in). We will send updates by email as soon as they are available. We greatly value your business and appreciate your ongoing patience as we work to get your order to you.

Contact-free deliveries
In order to protect both our people and customers as much as possible, our delivery drivers will not be handing over hand-held devices to you to capture electronic signatures.  Our drivers will instead log the first and last name of the person accepting the item, then put 'XP1' in the signature field and we will record the geolocation of the delivery.
