Procedure to change the Color Settings for Graphics from Black Only to 4-Color

HP Color LaserJet Enterprise M855 Printer series

Follow the steps listed below to change the Color Settings for Graphics from Black Only to 4-Color.

  1. Click to open print dialog window shown below.
  2. Click Preferences in the print dialog window to go to Printing Preferences .

  3. Click the Color tab in the Printing Preferences window.

  4. Select Manual in the Color tab.

  5. Click Settings in the Color tab to go to the Color Settings.

  6. In the Color Settings window, span the Graphics Settings.

  7. Under Graphics, set Neutral Grays to 4-Color.

  8. Click OK to go back Printing Preferences.

  9. Click OK to finish changing the Color Settings for Graphics from Black Only to 4-Color.
